How Do You Clean Goggles with Toothpaste?

There are several ways to clean them but the real benefit is that all the things you can find in your kitchen or bathroom. Hold your glasses frame with one hand between your forefinger and thumb. Take a small quantity of toothpaste and rub over the lenses from both sides with a cotton cloth. A microfiber cloth works better for cleaning the glasses. You can use regular toothpaste to polish and clean lenses. Never use a gel formula toothpaste that has mint flavor ingredients included.
